Accepted Payment Methods
Done 5 accepts payments through globally trusted and regionally accessible channels.
Cards (Primary Method)

- American Express (where supported)
All card payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways.
Important:
- Full card details are never stored on Done 5 systems
- Only limited metadata (last 4 digits, cardholder name) is retained for reference
- Encryption is handled directly by the payment processor
Online Payment Platforms
These platforms provide:
- Buyer protection
- Instant processing
- Global accessibility
No additional processing fee is charged by Done 5 for PayPal transactions.
Bank & Offline Payments
Used for:
- International clients without card access
- Manual or high-value transactions
Note:
- Activation may be delayed due to manual verification
- Proof of payment is required
Payment Currency
- Payments are processed in currencies available at checkout (BDT / MYR / USD)
- Currency depends on:
- Selected website (market-specific)
- Payment gateway support
All pricing is clearly displayed before confirmation — no hidden conversion.
Payment Security
Security is enforced at both infrastructure and transaction level.
- All payments processed via encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways
- No sensitive financial data stored on Done 5 servers
- Fraud detection and risk scoring applied to all transactions
- Additional verification triggered on suspicious activity

Payment Verification (Fraud Control)
For selected transactions, verification may be required before activation.
You may be asked to provide:
- Government-issued ID
- Proof of payment ownership
- Transaction confirmation
Failure to verify:
- Service activation may be delayed
- Orders may be cancelled or suspended
No exceptions — this is part of fraud prevention policy.
Automatic Billing & Renewals
Recurring services follow automated billing rules:
- Invoices generated automatically
- Renewal reminders sent (30 / 15 / 7 days)
- Auto-billing applies where supported
- Failed payments trigger suspension workflow
Customer responsibility:
- Maintain valid payment method
- Ensure sufficient balance before renewal
This supports enforcement discipline — no manual chasing
Payment Enforcement Rules
These are non-negotiable:
- Payment must be completed before service activation
- No work begins without confirmed payment
- Overdue services are automatically suspended
- Chargebacks result in immediate account restriction
All actions are logged and enforced system-wide.

- Third-party gateway fees are outside Done 5 control
- Currency conversion rates depend on payment provider
